JANICE.

My journey began in 2001 with training in reflexology and an internship at a physical therapy office, followed by several additional internships and hands-on learning opportunities. Through these experiences, I developed a strong foundation in effective bodywork techniques and a deep understanding of the body’s ability to heal and adapt.

In 2013, I formally trained as a massage therapist and spent more than a decade refining my skills and expanding my practice. Driven by a passion for learning, I’ve had the privilege of studying with world-class practitioners from a variety of disciplines. Over time, my work became increasingly specialized, helping clients with chronic pain move more freely, comfortably, and confidently.

I am pleased to offer ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUES®. I believe that is it a highly effective treatment and have personally benefited from it. To deepen my understanding of movement and recovery, I earned corrective exercise and nutrition coach certifications through NASM. I am also certified in the Surya Thai Massage method, which incorporates positional release, joint mobilization, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point treatment, and Shiatsu techniques focused on meridians and acupoints.

With a deep appreciation for both Eastern and Western healing philosophies, I’ve created a holistic, integrative environment where every session is intentional and personalized. Each protocol is grounded in research, and every hands-on treatment is guided by structural precision and intuitive care.

My goal is to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting results. My work is about more than relieving pain or reducing tension — it’s about helping the body restore balance, supporting its natural ability to heal, and creating space for real transformation. Whether I’m working with athletes, trauma survivors, or individuals simply seeking peace and well-being, I bring the knowledge gained from teachers around the world and the intuition I’ve cultivated as a lifelong healer into every session.
