Privacy policy

Integ Fit LLC dba Integrative Fitness Lab collects information you provide when booking, creating an account, contacting us, or completing intake forms. This can include your name, email, phone number, appointment details, health history, preferences, and consent choices.

We use this information to manage your account and appointments, provide care, process payments, respond to requests, and deliver communications you request. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Our site uses cookies for sign-in and preferences and error reporting to maintain the service.

Text messages

If you consent on our website or in person with staff, we use your mobile number to send appointment reminders and post-visit thank-you texts, including payment and tip links. We retain your consent choice, the disclosure version, and enrollment time. For in-person consent, we also record which staff member collected it. Twilio processes messages on our behalf to deliver this service.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
