§ 01Do I need a referral or a diagnosis?
+No. Most people show up with a complaint ("my neck hurts when I drive") or a goal ("I want to deadlift without my back grabbing"). The intake screen tells us where to start. We do read existing PT notes, MRI reports, and surgical history if you have them.
